The above contacts have been assigned to your community and are available to assist you. Your Portfolio manager is in the office during normal business hours and will handle most phone calls, emails and general resident concerns. Accounting and payment questions can be addressed to your assigned Community Accounting Manager. Anything that the Portfolio Manager, or Accounting Manager is unable to assist you with directly will be passed onto your board of directors. Your Portfolio Manager is ultimately responsible for your community and addressing issues, however, our Portfolio Managers are generally out in the field on-site at their communities, which is why we have assigned additional resources. Rest assured that any messages or emails left with your Portfolio Manager when they are out of the office will be addressed promptly, either by the Portfolio Manager directly, or through contact with your other support staff.
